Well, the Atari mod is useful. Modding an SNES is just pure blasphemy. More on that one in a second.
The Atari 2600 converted into an iPod docking stationwas made byByron Casebier. He gutted a broken iPod clock radio and stuffed it into a Atari 2600. It’s actually pretty neat looking and San Francisco hipsters are sure to love it. (viaBoing Boing Gadgets)
The next mod was made by quangDX and DuPPs and is disgusting. How can anyone molest the best system ever made? Okay, actually, it’spretty cool.
The SNES guts were replaced with an Acer Aspire One netbook and theSuper Mario Worldcartridge was modded into a slot-loading optical drive! Neat! The Eject button on the system ejects CDs and the SNES controllers were rewird to take in USB devices. The circuitboard was also mounted with LEGOs.
you’re able to see how the entire thing was made over onAsobitech. (viaGossipGamers,Gizmodo)
