Aurora is one of the final three characters that you’ll unlock when progressing throughLeague of Legends’ Swarmgame mode. She requires a fair bit of dedication to acquire, but once you do, she can quickly get you out of sticky situations while providing some great ways for dealing with elite enemies and final bosses.
Like any character, sherequires a great buildto see the best success. Here’s the best build for Aurora inLoL Swarm.
The best build for Aurora in LoL Swarm
Aurora is a rather unique case among the roster in that she’s a character that provides more utility than anything damage-related. Her E makes yougo invulnerable for a short time, letting you get out of sticky situations, while her R will trap any foes caught in it while allowing her to teleport within the trap to deal damage and avoid attacks. This makes her uniquely suited to some interesting weapons.
The best weapons for Aurora in LoL Swarm
Aurora’s main weapon, Guiding Hex, shoots out guided bolts thatHex targets. Hexed targets take bonus damage on every third cast of Guiding Hex that hits them. The weapon itself is pretty good, especially when evolved, but pairs nicely with the following weapons:
These weapons all go hand in hand with Guiding Hex,requiring passivesthat scale Guiding hex quite nicely. If you don’t have The Annihilator or Echoing Batblades unlocked, you can replace these with theUwU Blaster and Battle Bunny Crossbow.
Best passives for Aurora
Her passives should be fairly straightforward given the weapon choices listed above, but we’re left one or two slots open based on your available weapons. Overall, your passive setup should look something like this:
The first five passives are mainly for both evolving and scaling power on each available weapon. As for Duration, this will help increase the invulnerability time on your E which can make or break a lot of situations. If you take Battle Bunny Crossbow over Echoing Batblades, then you can switch outProjectile Count for a passive of your choosing.
How to unlock Aurora in LoL Swarm
Aurora can be unlocked bydefeating 25 minibosses while playing Hard mode. These are the larger health bar enemies that drop Access Cards on death, providing a level in one of your equipped weapons or passives. This can be done across multiple matches, and you don’t need to be the one to kill each miniboss. Once 25 die, Aurora will be yours.
