Developer has cut the staff on the project

We hardly know anything about Blizzard’s new MMO,potentially dubbedTitan, the long awaited follow up to their hugely successfulWorld of Warcraft. But we now know that it is unlikely it will be in our hands until at least 2016.GamesBeat is reportingthat the number of staff working on the project has been cut from 100 to 70 and that staff are being re-assigned to other projects.

In a statement, Blizzard spokesman Shon Damron has said “We’ve always had a highly iterative development process, and the unannounced MMO is no exception. We’re using this opportunity to shift some of our resources to assist with other projects while the core team adapts our technology and tools to accommodate these new changes. Note that we haven’t announced any dates for the MMO.”
