One of my favorite things about visiting Japan this yearwas the arcades, as I’ve said in the past. I was pretty much in heaven in the shmup sections, with tons of classics to choose from with giant screens, including all manner ofDoDonPachi. Cave is apparently working on a brand new iteration for mobile devices, calledDoDonPachi IchimeBanchou— it’ll be free-to-play. It’s set to arrive early in Japan on December 14.

In other Cave news, it will announce its newest Steam release on December 26. After seeinghow wellBug Princesstranslated over, I’m anxious!
