June 27
Right after giving us a launch window for the Nintendo Switch version ofDragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Bandai Namco also unveiled the release date for the fourth (and possibly final) DLC pack — June 27.
New costumes and characters are in (Fused Zamasu, Vegito Blue, Future Trunks), as well as the Goku Black storyline fromDragon Ball Super. Zamasu looks like the most flashy of the bunch, and even though the visuals can’t hold a candle toFighterZ, they still mostly capture the spirit of the show.
Xenoverse 2will also get a free update “around the same time” as the DLC that adds in a few undisclosed features and fixes. I still need to get around to most of the add-ons as I watch the storylines inSuper, but I might just wait on a GOTY edition and give up my base game.
