You unlock the Desert Rush minigame in Chapter 8 after being sent to the Dustbowl from Gold Saucer. You will not be able to purchase these weapons from a Weapons Vendor and have to get this score in the minigame to unlock them.
Tiger Fangs – Chapter 9
