How to get the FFXIV Martial Artist’s Vest and more
If you’re looking to craft these recipes yourself, you’ll need a Leatherwork and Weaver at level 90. Also, it’s not enough to just have your crafters at cap, make sure you meet the stat requirements, too.
The recipe requirements recommend 3,700 Craftsmanship, but for reference, I have 4,041. With 4,007 Control and 608 CP, it’s a little overkill, but you’ll want to make sure you’ve got enough to finish your craft. Anyway, with that done, here’s the Patch 6.5 Martial Artist gear recipes:
To unlock the Martial Artist’s Pumps recipe, you’ll need theMaster Leatherwork Xbook. For the vests and slops, you’ll need theMaster Weaver Xbook.

As a note, I was only able to confirm the Ophiotauroskin Maps reward Athletikos Cloth. While I’ve seen an in-game claim Kumbhiraskin Maps dropped the cloth, I haven’t been able to confirm as much.
