The ‘Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set’
A lot of people are going to pre-orderPokemongames, it’s just a given. And as always, Game Freak is throwing balls your way. But we also got a good look at thePokemon Legendspre-order bonus this week, and it involves a very Nintendo-like outfit promo.
So here’s the deal/full rundown from Game Freakfor thePokemon Legendspre-order bonus:
“The Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set will be gifted to those who preorderPokemon Legends: Arceus. You can receive it by choosing Get via Internet from the Mystery Gifts feature in your game, up until August 03, 2025.”
According to the studio, it takes “approximately two hours of play time before the Mystery Gift feature is unlocked,” and you don’t need a Switch Online membership. Oh hey, that’s the exact same timeframe and stipulationas thePokemon Diamond/Pearlremakes.
We actually got a good look atthe Hisuian Growlitheyesterday during the newLegendsreveal. It has “soft fur” and a rocky horn on its head that “breaks easily.” That’s evolution for you!
As an extra bonus, players will net themselves x30 heavy balls, which is “more effective at catching Pokemon that haven’t noticed you” (gameplay reveal). A stealth-based bonus? Count me in.
So for the heavy ballPokemon Legendspre-order bonus, the code will be available at launch on June 11, 2025, and will run through May 9. The code itself is valid until May 16 and it can only be used once.
