The main ways to get the Tri-Beam laser rifle is to find it as floor or chest loot or eliminate an enemy wielding one. While this is luck-dependent, you’ll often find one if you encounter a lot of other players or frequently loot chests, as it’s a relatively common drop compared to legendary and mythic-grade weapons. Similarly, if someone else got lucky and found, you can defeat the min combat and quickly pick up their laser rifle to take it for yourself.
Alternatively, you can also talk to theT-60 Power ArmorNPC between the Nitrodrome and Mount Olympus. You’ll spot the character in a small shack, where they’ll sell you the Tri-Beam laser rifle for 300 gold bars. If you have enough gold bars on you, you can buy the gun to use it instantly, allowing you to get started on your quests early on.
