It came with theAncient Isles update on November 30, 2024in celebration of Thanksgiving and is only visible during thein-game Fischgiving event. Theevent doesn’t have a confirmed end dateyet, but if you want to fill up your Bestiary, I suggest going into the game asap and setting yourself for the long haul.
The best way to ensure you will get the limited Fischgiving fish is to have thebest available Rodin the game. I have managed to get mine with aTridentas well as theRod of the Depths. These are both great for catching other fish in general, so I’d make sure to grab them, especially if you have plenty of hours in the game.
As for thelocation, the easiest place to set up for the Turkey catching is thepond next to the Merchantarea. This location is also a good farm spot since there will be usually plenty of people here. You can even gift a turkey to someone if you feel so inclined in the spirit of sharing.
