Some recipes inDisney Dreamlight Valleyare more useful than others, whether that’s because of the energy or Star Coins they give, or if they’re used as part of a villagers quest. One of these recipes, added as part of theRift in TimeDLC, is Makrout.
Makrout is a four star recipe added during Act 1 of theRift in TimeDLC, so it’s been in-game for a while. However, with the Act 3 update to the DLC, it’s now necessary as part of a villager’s quest line, so you’ll need to know how to make it.
How to make Makrout in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As a four star recipe, Makrout requires four different ingredients to be made:
Once you’ve stocked up on these ingredients, you’ll need to make sure you have some Coal in your inventory or storage. Then, simply approach any Cooking Station and throw the ingredients in to the pot to get Makrout.
How to use Makrout in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You’ll need to cook and deliver one serving of Makrout to Jafar as part of his ‘Making Amends’ quest. This quest will become available immediately after completion of his level 10 friendship quest, ‘The Trial of Eternity’.
Outside of this, Makrout will provide at least 1,157 energy when consumed and sells for at least 254 Star Coins. It can also be placed in the world as decoration by dropping it from your inventory and entering into the Furniture menu to move the dish.
