All three ingredients require you to own the A Rift in Time expansion pack to obtain, as you’ll have to travel to Eternity Isle and unlock the Glittering Dunes biomes to find each one. Below is a list of each ingredient and their locations:
As we see from the list, The Oasis is your go-to biome for all three ingredients. After heading to Glittering Dunes and spending 6,000 Mist to unlock the Oasis, you’ll find cacti and a small pond with several fishing spots. Look for orange ones and cast your line to catch a pink or blue starfish. Whether you get one or the other is random, so continue targeting these circles until you get both.
