Upgrading the camera comes with many rewards, such as new poses, new lighting styles, and new filters to apply to photos when you take them. This can really improve your photography game, so let’s look at how it’s all done.
How to upgrade the Camera in Infinite Nikki
To find the Camera Upgrade menu, open up the camera and press on the upgrade button in the top right corner of the screen; it’s the first icon. This will open up the Camera Upgrade screen, where you can choose to upgrade any of the following categories:
Selecting any of these categories will open up the upgrading menu, showing the reward for the next upgrade. you may either upgrade one level or go straight to level 12 for each category, but you’ll need some Upgrade packs first.
How to get Upgrade Packs in Infinity Nikki
Upgrade Packs are the only resource you need to upgrade your Camera inInfinity Nikki. They are obtained by completing photography-related Random Quests, such as the “Risky Photography” quest series or the “Photo Investigation” quest series. Each completed quest will reward you with a select number of Upgrade Packs, so these side quests are worth doing if you happen to discover them during exploration.
However, perhaps the most lucrative way to get Upgrade Packs is by filling out your Expedition Book. This involves you exploring the world of Miraland and taking specific photos of key landmark locations, then uploading them to the book.
It’s not only a good way to save snapshots of your adventure, but you get three Upgrade Packs for every photo that you take. With a total of 40 snapshots to take, that’s a total of 120 Upgrade Packs that can be gained very easily. Plus, there’s a “mysterious encounter” at the end, although I’ve clearly got a long way to go before I reach that point.

With 12 levels in each category, there are a total of 36 new features that can be unlocked by upgrading the Camera. Here’s everything new that can be unlocked, alongside how many Upgrade Packs each upgrade will cost:
