‘Not accepting submissions’
Several days ago, Nianticasked you to report new locationsfor PokéStops and gyms, in case your area didn’t have them already. Well, stop that!
In a new help section that has popped up on its website (coinciding with the Japanese launch), Niantic notes that it is not currently accepting submissions, and that if you are having trouble finding them to “try visiting a local park or other interesting or historical locations in your community.”
Okay that sounds great, unless you don’t have those and didn’t playIngress. I’m lucky enough to live in an active area, but godspeed to the rest of you who don’t. If you live in a super dense zone or don’t want your backyard to be a PokéStop or a gym, you can stillrequest a removal here.
