Set for Summer 2019 Warner Bros. Japan is teaming up with developer Level-5 to create an anime film adaptation of theNi no Kunigames. Featuring character designs by Yoshiyuki Momose and a score composed by Joe Hisaishi, the film is set for a summer 2019 release in Japan. The announcement came through a press conference where Level-5 announced that its CEO, Akihiro Hino, would be working as executive producer and scriptwriter for the upcoming film....

An update on the patent infringement suit As a followup to Tomita Technologies International’spatent infringement case against Nintendofor using its camera technology in the 3DS, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff ruled last month that Nintendo would need to pay royalties for each unit sold. Samurai Warriors 3, previously a Wii exclusive, has been announced for the PlayStation 3. Known asSamurai Warriors Z, the upscaled game will include previously unplayable characters Masanori Fukushima, Zen Ayago and Gracia as controllable warriors, and new rare weapons. The PS3 version will also feature ten new story campaigns and two new game modes.
