Publisher Deep Silver and developer Starbreeze haveannounced the upcoming technical beta forPayday 3. The co-op heist shooter will be available to everyone from September 8-11. According to Starbreeze, the test will serve as a stress test of sorts for thePayday 3servers ahead of its September 21 launch. Because it is open to all, the technical open beta will not require a key to gain access. Instead, anyone can download and join the test....

Not sure how to feel In case you forgot, about a month ago it was announced that the ongoingSplatoonmanga would be receiving ananime adaptation. The release date for the first episode was yesterday, and like anything released online, has spread at a rapid pace. If you were thinking of full on animated battles, you had your expectations way too high. This is amotion comic, or I guess a motion manga in this case....
Too tough for ya, huh? I think I now know how Edward Nygma feels when he sets up an elaborate riddle to trap Batman, but Batman ignores the riddles and just socks him in the jaw. Unfortunately, this edition of the Great Retro Quiz had very low participation, and I’m not sure why. Was it the Twitter requirement, intended to keep people from just copy-pasting answers in the comments? Was it the long holiday weekend, and people just weren’t online to play a silly quiz?...
On first glance,They Bleed Pixelscomes off like a cross between classicCastlevaniaandSuper Meat Boy. In reality, the game isn’t quite as punishing as either of those two titles, thanks in part its innovative checkpoint system. By grabbing pick-ups and pulling off lengthy combos, you charge a meter that allows you to place a checkpoint wherever you want. If you want to attempt to get through a level as quickly and easily as possible, you may just jump over enemies and skip the harder platforming bits, but you wont have the checkpoint safety net to save you if you fail....
