I keep hitting refresh on theSteamDBpage ofPalworld. Each time I do, the numbers keep shooting up. Despite the fact that Pocketpick’s new game has only come out today – in Early Access as well – the numbers suggest it’s going to be a big hit.
When the third-party Steam tracking website posted on Twitter/X earlier, it said Palworld had already reached over 110,000 concurrent players. At the time of writing, that number has gone up to 329,563.
TheTop Sellers list on Steamshows it’s shot to the number two position (behind the Steam Deck, natch). While this isn’t too unusual for a brand-new game that’s got some hype behind it, it could well be a sign of things to come for the cute,Pokemon-inspired survival game.
What exactly is Palworld?
