I’m not trying to get anyone’s hopes up. Few things frighten me more than the idea of disappointing legions of zombie fans armed with plastic guitars. But if you were hoping to getRock of the Dead, the guitar game with zombies, on your PS3 or Xbox 360, things are looking pretty good right about now.
The nice folks at Superannuation have spotted a listing on Gamefly forRock of the Dead, noting that PS3 and 360 versions are listed.Amazon.com has similar listings, offering a little corroboration to go with our excitement. In addition, they’re all listed as coming out the first week of October, so we may have it on all three platforms simultaneously. Joy!
This is great news because, as much as I want to play this game, I have lots of plastic guitars but none for my Wii. I know that I couldn’t explain to the missus why we would all die if I didn’t have one more peripheral. Hard enough to get her to let me keep the machete by the nightstand and the, “zombies will eat us if I don’t get this thing I want,” line only goes so far.
