In the almost three years since, Quantic Dream has been near-silent on the title. This latest update may not be what theEclipsehopeful have been waiting for.
Williams confirmed his departure from Quantic Dream in aLinkedIn post, announcing that his new studio will be “working on something very innovative, very special and, for now, very secret.” Although his statement doesn’t exactly give much away when it comes to his new project, he does assure that news is coming “soon.”
What next for Star Wars Eclipse?

Even ifStar Wars Eclipseis kept under wraps for a while yet, franchise fans have plenty to sink their teeth into. Theupcoming release ofStar Wars Outlawsshould fill that galaxy far, far away-shaped hole in our hearts for a while to come, in the absence of Quantic Dream’s project.
