Rocksteady Studio’sSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguewas released earlier this year in January, and it is already set to be a part of Amazon’s major free giveaway. The game isone of three freebiesPrime Gaming will offer its members;Chivalry 2andRise of the Tomb Raiderare the two other rewards for Prime members, and all three games will be free to claim via the Epic Games Store from July 16 at 12 a.m. PT until July 18 at 12 a.m. PT.

While it is not new for AAA titles to be part of giveaways, it does come across as somewhat surprising to see Warner Bros. already deciding to place the game in a major giveaway. The decision can help bring new players toSuicide Squad, which could be crucial for the game given itsplayer count history and Warner Bros’ disappointment. Moreover, theSeason 2 content roadmaplooks packed, and the sudden surge of new players and steady content might give a new lease of life to the game set in the Arkhamverse.
