While all those in North America have been enjoyingTrine 2on the PlayStation 3, others in Europe have been waiting for Frozenbyte’s platform-puzzle title to hit their respective PlayStation Store. If you fit that description, I’ve got some bad news for you; Atlus is having to delayTrine 2,“a short while longer.”
While neither Atlus or Frozenbyte went intowhyexactly this has been happening — the game should have launched alongside its North American counterpart back in late December — they did offer this rather reassuring apology:
“We sincerely apologize for the frustration this ongoing delay has caused our European fans, as it is a frustration we (ATLUS and Frozenbyte) also share. We assure the community that everything within our influence is being done to releaseTrine 2for PAL PS3 system users as soon as possible, and we humbly ask for our fans’ continued patience and understanding.”
After reading that, I feel like giving Atlus a hug; they sound so sincere.
