As much as I loveWhat Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?, it was always hard to recommend the game to everyone at its original $19.99 price. For me — and anyone else who loves their games packed with self-referential humor and super weirdness — it was a natural fit.
But for the vast majority of people? Not at that price, so much. The good news is that you may become the God of Destruction for $7.99, which is permanent pricing, not a sale. As far as I know, NIS America still plans to include the original title withWhat Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? 2on UMD.
That’ll be coming down on May 4 for $29.99. I have yet to touch the sequel, so I can’t say whether or not it’s worth passing on this deal and just opting for the sequel. However, if you are new to the series, definitely try before you buy. There’s really nothing else like it.
