If you’re looking for a strong weapon inWuthering Waves, there’s a couple of places to find them without entering into the gacha system. One, the Dauntless Evernight (a Broadsword), can be found at the top of the skyscraper where you battle Inferno Rider, and another can be purchased using Lampylumen.
Lampylumen is an ore resource which can be found in various places around Jinzhou, but it’s most heavily concentrated in the area where you battle Lampylumen Myriad in the tunnels beneath Tiger’s Maw Mine, accessed through the core of the tower in the middle of the mine itself. However, getting your hands on this 4-star weapon isn’t straightforward, and comes with a couple prerequisites to unlock the vendor you need.
Namely, you’ll need to complete the first two acts of the Tiger’s Maw Exploration quests, which are:
It’s worth noting that,between these two quests, you will need to wait for 24 hours of real time to pass. Xiaoyu will not contact you before at least 24 hours have passed, so it’s a good time to get some side quests and some sleep in.
Once you’ve completed these two quests, you’ll unlock a brand new vendor within Tiger’s Maw named Shilang, who will show up as a padlock shaped marker on the map. To access his wares, speak to him and select Tiger’s Maw Ore.

There’s a number of items available from Shilang in exchange for Lampylumen, but the biggest star here is the ability to purchase a 4 star weapon of your choice.
