Grind a little less
Nintendo has done a pretty good job when it comes to itsZelda: Breath of the WildSpotPass-esque news program. It’s kept it relevant through semi-regular updates, all of which are accessed in the easy to find News portion of the Switch UI.
As a reminder, this out-of-game News app basically serves as a way for developers to give curated updates on their games (RIP Miiverse), and withZeldaspecifically, they’re looking at ways to provide free items kind of like a mini-DLC initiative.
This week the new “Tips from the Wild” segment involves armor leveling crafting items, which can be traded into the Great Fairies for upgrades — Electric Keese Wings and Yellow Chuchu Jellies. Just head over to the app, click the listing, and boot upBreath of the Wildfrom it and you’re good!
Stock up too, just in case the upcoming second DLC utilizes some of those items.
